The Louisiana Edible Creation Center
is a 5,000 square foot shared kitchen facility where
food entrepreneurs can rent kitchen space hourly to
produce and package food products. Tenants pay hourly
fees for the use of the facility and additional rates
for use of storage. The kitchen is equipment with
commercial equipment such as fry masters, 3 walk in
coolers and a walk in freezer, steam kettle, ice
machine, grills, steamers and meat slicer.
The LECC is approved by the La. Dept.
of Health and meets all the requirements for the La.
Food and Drug Administration.
