MISSION
The purpose of the St. Bernard Entrepreneurial
Center (SBEC) small business incubator is to create
successful businesses by providing assistance and
facilities to stimulate small business formation, growth
and development. The SBEC’s goal is to assist in the
redevelopment of St. Bernard Parish.
MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
Assistance will be provided through our partnership
with Nunez Community College and the SBDC. The SBDC will
also have an outreach office that will be housed within
the incubator for assistance.
ENVIRONMENT
The Gulf Coast Bank and Trust St. Bernard
Entrepreneurial Center provides a professional business
environment. A small business can have access to
conference rooms, board rooms, wireless internet, as
well as fax, phone and a copy machine. The SBEC will
also provide restrooms and a break room with a full
service kitchen.
FACILITIES
The SBEC is located on the 2nd floor of Gulf Coast
Bank and Trust’s Business Center branch. This space
includes 5000 square feet of cubicles and meeting rooms
which allows companies to set up there businesses
according to their needs for $150 per month including
utilities.
