Edible Enterprises Food Technology Incubator is currently “under construction.”

It is being created to meet the needs of the River Parishes and the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan Area for an incubator providing food technology production space. The River Parishes Community Development Foundation has provided for the planning and development process. St. Charles Parish Government has purchased the building, which will be leased to the CDC. Other Edible Enterprises Planning Partners include: GNO,Inc., LSU School of Agriculture, Goodwill Industries, Loubat, Inc., USDA, LSU Extension Service, and the Norco Community Economic Development Foundation (NCEDF). The Edible Enterprises Board is composed of community and business volunteers.
