The Enterprise Center of Acadia (ECoA) Business Incubator’s   mission is to promote and assist entrepreneurs and small emerging businesses.  Our commitment will be accomplished through partnerships with local and regional academic communities, government agencies, and industry business professionals. The mission is to create an environment of strength and prosperity for our region.

The Enterprise Center of Acadia houses a small business incubator located in Crowley, Louisiana. ECoA Business Incubator is a joint venture between the municipalities and parish government in Acadia Parish, area chambers of commerce and Acadia Economic Development Corporation. Special thanks go to the City of Crowley for its generosity and support with the purchase and renovation of the 53,000 square foot facility, formerly the Cajun Bag building.

As well as a business incubator, the facility houses the Crowley Chamber of Commerce, Acadia Economic Development Corporation, ASSIST Agency, and the One Stop Career Center. These agencies deliver essential services from a central located facility.

ECoA's Business Incubator operations are directed by staff members of the Acadia Economic Development Corporation. While providing economic inducement guidance and grant application assistance to Acadia Parish and all cities within the parish, the agency also provides training and guidance to start-up businesses.
